All requests for refunds must be made to the Membership Director in writing. Exceptional circumstances will be considered by a refund committee comprised of the President, the Membership Director, the Leagues Director, and the appropriate League Convenor(s). The decision of the committee will be clearly communicated to the member, the Treasurer and Bookkeeper.

The member may appeal the decision to the Board. The Board decision shall be final.
